What does it include?

 

  1. Dedicated four live training sessions/ week.

  2. Goal setting webinar with Coach Bahaa Hashem.

  3. Q&A webinar with Coach Aly Mazhar.

  4. Two Nutrition webinars with Coach Nemo.

  5. Two nutrition plans and guidelines.

  6. Dedicated weekly mobility session.

  7. Access to regular BeFit live sessions on 'ZOOM'

  8. Weekly shared recipes for; breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

  9. Closed group for on-going support throughout the program.

How will I train?

 

  1. Signing up means that you will get to train 4 times/week live through ‘ZOOM’ in sessions held exclusively for the program. So, no need to worry about your fitness level, we will put you on the right track for that. (Schedule attached below)

  2. You will also get access to unlimited number of BeFit’s regular live sessions throughout the month, without having a separate subscription for it.

What kind of support will I get?

We have the best team of coaches on-board; Bahaa Hashem, Nermeen Wahby, Asser El Sawaf, Mona Kafafi, and Aly Mazhar.

 

They will guide you through, motivate you, push you when you don’t feel like it, and support you with all means to come out of this program..goals CRUSHED!
