Basic foundation session guiding and teaching you the proper techniques of the basic motions such as squats, pushups, lunges etc.. The class is suitable for those who have no athletic background or haven't been exercising for a while. It is highly advised to attend that session before moving on to other sessions of the program.
The class mostly focuses on building strenght using some kettlebells, medicine balls and light bars.The program combines cardio, strength, plyometrics and core strengthening exercises to shed that extra fat off your body and develop your overall fitness level.
This is a pure strength workout designed to push your limits. No Athlete will be allowed in if he or she doesn't already have a strong base of strength in order to maximize the benefit of the workout and prevent injuries.
This class is a combination of strength training and endurance training. It is designed for advanced athletes that are familiar with weight-lifting.
