WHAT IS CUT?
CUT is a 14-day intense fitness program structured to break mental barriers and achieve physical goals in the shortest period of time, dropping up to 5 kilos of fat by the end of CUT. The program is limited to 30 Athletes only.

HOW IS THE PROGRAM STRUCTURED?
14 days of high intensity interval training with lots of focus on fat burning and core strength. You have to be ready to train multiple times a day.

IS THIS PROGRAM SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS?
CUT is only suitable for intermediate and advanced Athletes.
DO I HAVE TO ATTEND ALL THE SESSIONS MENTIONED IN THE AGENDA?
It is preferable that you attend the sessions in the mentioned timings. However if you miss out on any of the sessions, you have to complete the workout anytime on your own.
WILL THE WORKOUTS BE SHARED ON A DAILY BASIS IN CASE I MISS A SESSION?
Yes, all workouts will be shared on CUT’s what’s app group and will be explained thoroughly by Aly Mazhar to the Athletes.
